The practice of meditation has occurred worldwide since ancient times. The Hindus perfected the art of sacred chanting that dates back at least 3,000 years and is probably the world's oldest continuous vocal tradition. Sacred chanting of the "mantras" or "verses" is the universal and eternal message of love, harmony and peace: the incantation of which also leads to spiritual liberation and enrichment of daily life.
