Be In Joy takes you on a gentle journey into deep relaxed state. Step by step you are guided through deepening body consciousness, breath awareness and stimulation of the senses. The body is prepared, the mind is freed a resolve or intention is set. You are accompanied on a walk through a story visualisation and brought back in time. As you are called to bring common images to the front of the mind in rapid succession the mind begins to empty. Presence takes place. The intention is planted and this journey is complete.
