We never process an order until we have confirmed delivery costs to the customer and most importantly until the customer has confirmed that they wish to proceed with their order. Any discounts offered on goods will be calculated once an order has been received. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill the customers order all customer details will be removed from our system and shredded.

We send CD's within the UK free of charge. For the rest of Europe we add just £1 per order. For the rest of the world we add £1.50 per order no matter how many CDs you have.

Please note that Earth Vibe Music is not VAT registered and there is no VAT added to purchases made to Earth Vibe Music. The only exception is with orders for Indian instruments which are processed and dispatched directly by Bina Musicals UK. All prices on this web site for Bina instruments are inclusive of VAT.

Should an item arrive damaged or faulty Earth Vibe Music will replace the item or give a full refund.
